From the time that I first heard Warren in Dickey Betts album Pattern Disruptive to all of the albums with the Allman Brothers Band to his solo albums and then Gov’t Mule,
Warren Haynes is one of the most amazing musician’s of all time
With his involvement in all of these groups and to not sound repetitive is somewhat miraculous
My favorite slide player of today – Duane Allman holds that #1 spot for me – and Warren is great guitar player overall
This concert is about 3 hours long so get comfy

Good link. We’re having a cold rainy winter day here in New Zealand, and my wife’s gone off to a meeting for a couple of days, so I’ll just settle in and watch some Warren Haynes.

Yeah Keith, Warren is one of those guys that’s so talented it’s hard to put into words. His singing is often overlooked but his vocals and playing give me chills!

Here’s a great instrumental from Pattern Disruptive with Dickey Betts & Warren; I know Dickey’s playing well enough to know who played what – Warren played some great slide on this
Dickey wrote this for his son Duane and the instrumental Jessica on the Brothers & Sisters album was written for his daughter Jessica

Dickey wrote such great instrumentals – he’s one that is totally overlooked as a player and a writer – Warren was a perfect compliment to Dickey and The Allman Brothers Band
