I have a thing for British Blues of the early sixties. Because of it, it opened doors for many of the Master’s such as Big Bill Broonzy, Howlin’ Wolf & Muddy Waters to actually make some money. The white kids from Britain introduced the music back to America & the rest of the world. I remember Keith Richards in an interview remarking that when The Stones first went to America, they wanted to record at Chess records, the home of their heroes. When they arrived there, there was a guy in overalls painting the wall. Keith was shocked to find out it was none other than Muddy Waters.
Anyway, I was reading an article in an old guitar mag about Alexis Korner & it was accompanied by this photo. A very young, pre Rolling Stone Mick Jagger & pre Cream bassist, Jack Bruce. Thought you might like to see it. I only hope it shows up okay on here.
        Cheers
