This is amazing. And when I looked at it, the second comment down on the list was from Keanu Reeves. I didn’t even know he played guitar. You could watch the intro and then skip to around 22:00 where Rob Scallon starts playing his guitar and the pedal elves start tweaking the pedals. At the end he stops playing, and only the sustain is left, which gets into a feedback loop and takes on a life of its own.

Hey Steve, Tim Pierce demos the reverb pedals that Sweetwater sent from the world record.

I AM GOING TO PLAY UNPLUGGED FOR THE August challenge!

I have a few pedals and though I plan on trying to simulate some Gilmour solos(why I figured to own a couple)… I honestly rather play straight like Brian or with like he explains somewhat simple and pure with minimal effects.

nothing wrong with experimenting with effects but definitely ain’t going to make it easier learning more , if anything effects won’t benefit any genre practicing

If you have a good command of the guitar, as shown in the video, there are no limits. Everything can be tried. Partly it reminded me of Eric Johnson. It’s amazing what some people think so. Great video Steve. This tells you where we stand with our possibilities. Last year, I learned to use less effects; I learn more about the instrument. No mistakes are blurred by effects. Of course, a little reverb is a must. Regardless, I’ll probably never have so many effects …. LOL.

Play guitar just like you live; don't get bogged down in theory, it's just a tool without feeling.

$90,000 worth of effects, I’m not sure what sort of music needs something like that to make music sound Good, typical humans though in that we like to over complicate stuff, minimal a better course?, not something that has an easy answer.
