Hello…I am new to the site and started the blues lead course. I am unsure as to what the tablature symbols are in the lead lick 2 which looks like a down arrow. Would that be a down strum? Any insights appreciated. Thx.
which pattern?
Don't practice till you get it right, practice till you can't get it wrong.
Pattern 1, Lick 2: The symbol that looks like > rotated 90 degrees clockwise means “vibrato”, this is clearly demonstrated on the video where Brian does a “vibrato” (move the index finger up and down on string 1, fret 5 = A note).
Incidentally, this for me was harder to do than it looks, so be patient.
Cheers,
Richard
thanks for the feedback, appreciate it !
