It really is all about ”melody”. The melody comes from a language from our heart. Our heart is the muscle in music harmony. The melody is the sweetness that it pumps into our musical thoughts on the fretboard. 🙂 6 stringer Pete

You’re selling all your gear, Pete? Or just down-sizing? I hope you’re not quitting music, that would be sad…
Nice collection, by the way.🎸JoLa

Hi John, I’ve been buying guitars that needed repair, but now I have too many and the market is dead here. The prices are really kind of give away prices. These guitar are all fine. I never bought junk, just stuff that I good work on and make them better. Thanks for your concern. There is no work now. Wife’s business closed down due the virus situation. Sad to say, its just only going to get worse now. People are letting down there defenses and school kids after school take off their mask. Not looking good again here.

Pete I wish you the best, all I can say by way of consolation is that many others are in the same boat. Is there any government small business support in Japan?. I also think there is just a smidgen of evidence that the is virus might be burning itself out. If so we have to hope so and fast.
Good luck to you and all your family you are obviously a very resourceful guy.

Nice collection, by the way.I just added all the pictures.
Corona Virus sell off.
My prices are not USA high prices. You can’t buy these guitar that cheap. My hobby was buying guitar that needed repair work, but now there is no market here to sell them even at those prices. But I’ll try.I will keep one guitar though. Won’t matter which one. Although the Les Paul and Aria classical I bought new. The classical I’m really taking a beating on it. Oh, well. We’ll see what happens.

Just time to sell my gear. Will keep one guitar. Les Paul is the one with any real value, but none of these guitars are junk. If you checked out the price list “my guitars”, it gives the prices which I think are very reasonable for these guitars.
The Aria classical guitar is the one I’m taking a real beating on the price, but I prices this stuff to sell. The downtown area here is like a dead zone. Businesses to re-open, maybe not. Lots of factors really. One would be the age of the store owners in which many are over 60 and just a lack of foot traffic.
Yet 30 years ago, the place was jumping with business, even had a great night life too. All dead now. Used to see a few street performers playing till midnight but those days are long gone.No problem here with health. I’m hoping to tour southern Japan or if possible Okinawa soon. Rainy season now, then typhoon and hot and humid weather. Cycling will become hard to do in July and August the heat can really take its toll. Need to do it soon, getting up there in age now.
This is my touring bike with my camping gear.

I hope you keep at least one of your favourite guitars Pete, when this pandemic is over, hopefully heralded by a decent vaccine, we can begin to re-build the important things in life.
We in the UK are a few weeks behind you and now only just beginning to ease the lockdown. People here are understandably nervous about a second spike etc. It’s very much a Political Vs Scientific conundrum.
Stay safe Pete.
