Hello !
Garry E suggested the showcase forum to me when I introduced myself to the forum early August. As I liked the EP 359 jam track, I went for it; rather than recording a single guitar take, I made 5 takes (five is more fun than one 🙂 !) that I kept and the mix is uploaded to soundcloud. I hope this link works if you want to hear it ! : https://soundcloud.com/ket-felix/ep-359post-prod/s-eDgCiExXkCX
Do you well!

That was great fun to listen to.
It would seem that you enjoy using a DAW as much as playing. Maybe not as much but that took work too.
Good introduction to you.
Perhaps the next time try bringing the different tracks to the forefront for a verse so each track gets some front time and the spotlight? -

Thanks David! ! !
Indeed, it is also a lot of fun to do something in a DAW! For this jam track, I started out with the idea of quickly doing something akin to a … jam since the basis Bryan provided is repetitive and harmonically little varied. I didn’t want to touch this base and spend a lot of time there. But I share your opinion: the result is quite very- too linear.
Thank you again for your attentive listening!

Well played, and well recorded, Frank. Hint: I think if you put the SoundCloud link on a separate line with a space above and below it, the SoundCloud page will show up in your post, and people can listen to it without leaving the AM web page.

Very creative Frank. The tracks meshed very well together. Kind of a dream-like funk.

Hey Frank, I’m glad I alerted you to the Showcase Forum. It’s definitely our gain. Excellent guitar playing and great idea to loop it through and create. Well done and looking forward to hearing more in the future. All the best!
