Should Guitar Center employees be unionized

I look at it from a crooked business point of view since Bain Capital is behind the ownership. Collusion comes to mind. Anyway, one should if working full time there at least have a chance to make $12 an hour without commissions. But I have doubts that a Unionized Guitar Center will workout, well, come to think of it, its a good idea for Bain Capital again,isn’t it. Down goes GC, Fender, and Gibson. “Maybe” .
