Had the opportunity to play one of these and the Custom model last week. Like all of PRS guitars, it is very well made, sounds fantastic, great sustain and clarity.
Found an Ebay dealer selling these for $700, free shipping and includes a HSC.
Here are 2 reviews: 1st one has no talking only the guitar singing loud. The 2nd one has some nice fingerpicking but also has quite a bit of narration in Thai so….
