New Premium Member minor audio problem

Hi All ,

Ive just joined and wondered if anyone else had any issues with audio on premium vids ie pt2 and slow versions.

The main lesson runs fine sound and vision but the premium side part 2 of a lesson and slow vers only show vid , sound bar is running but no sound controls showing .

Im running safari vers 12 , have done a full reboot shut down all other sites etc but no luck

Ignore the above finding volume control helps in these situations !!!!!

Hi Andrew,
I guess you have found the volume control on those, it’s that blue sound bar on the lower right side of the screen. Once you set it up to your liking (best at all the way up), the settings should stay that way next time you open one of the Vimeo videos.
