New Member Says Hello…

Hello,
New member here, and first post. Wanted to introduce myself to the crew; I’m Karl B, and I love guitar. I really got a lot out of Brian’s YouTube channel, decided he was the best teacher on the internet, so I joined.

I’ve been learning guitar since 1975. Acoustic guitar is my style and have never gotten beyond mediocre. My plan is to step up my knowledge of guitar theory (fretboard “logic” is there is such a thing, cord tones, arpeggios, all 7th chord voicings ect.) instead of surfing the internet. I especially like Blues guitar and consider it the foundation and basis of most American music.

I started building acoustic guitars about 7 years ago, and I’m a much better guitar builder than guitar player. Thats is starting to change, today. Thanks for letting me introduce myself to you.
