Here’s my contribution for the challenge. I came up with the idea for the bass line myself. And of course, I played it myself, along with the two guitars. I really enjoyed this challenge.

The dog took off—she’s probably more of a blues dog.

That’s pretty unique. The bass line is perfect and that rhythm groove was very catchy sounding.

Go slow and practice correct technique, and your abilities will dramatically improve.

That was very funky Werner. You get some amazing tones out of that Acoustasonic. I really enjoyed listening. I think your sunglasses put it over the top!

Cool tune you created, Werner. Loved your bass line and syncopated strumming.

Hi Werner, love the scratchy funk groove! I find that really hard to play, but you nailed it. Great vibe to the whole thing… the music, the bass, and those cool shades!! Love it!

Excellent funky composition, Werner, brilliantly crafted, layered and played! Liked very much the bass lines, the funky groove and then your excellent licks and leads! I truly enjoyed to listen to it, as much as it looks you had fun playing with your rock star dark glasses 😅!

Smoking hot! Love the vibe your created as it gave you the platform to lay down a nice and saucy lead. Love the 70’s/soul mood of the whole thing. I think your pup couldn’t keep still and got up to boogie a bit.

How cool was that, Werner – entirely entertaining! Loved the funky muted strums and the bass line, wish I could see you play that bass, though! And it’s not that she was more of a blues dog, she just really liked her treats being tossed around! 😅 The whole family seemed to have a blast filming this and it shows – great work! 😎 🤘

It was as plain as the cool shades and smile on your face that you thoroughly enjoyed performing this challenge. The bass line and muted strumming is what qualifies this as “funkalicious!”
