Mandolin + looper = magic

Hvetter is one the best loop-based guitarists in the world. I know quite a few of us AM members are using loopers, and a few of us are learning mandolin. So here’s a unique mandolin loop session by the master himself:

I see that he has an electric mandolin, which I haven’t seen before. Looks like a good idea for ease of recording.

Nice. I like that he takes his time before stating the main melody. Checked out some of his other vids, he’s definitely got some looping chops.

I think that was lovely but I could not hear the melody to Heart of Gold. Is there something the matter with me? Did I just have a stroke? Totally bizarre.
