Lost lesson

Can anyone tell me the lesson that Brian talks about speed. He says that the runs he did in this lesson is at the limit of his playing.
I did start this lesson and I went to go back to it and can’t find it.

You’ve probably already done this but have you tried using the search function in the weekly lessons section by inputting speed into the search box or try fast if nothing helpful comes up.

Can you remember what style of music the lost video was, Country, Bluegrass, Blues, Ragtime or Rock?

Ep 531 is a lesson that Brian talks about speed, it was at the top of his comfort level.
