Cool! Really interesting, your style! What You use for handles can access is amazing.

Play guitar just like you live; don't get bogged down in theory, it's just a tool without feeling.

Nice Brecht! You are well on your way to mastering that one. Thanks for sharing!

Sounds good Brecht. I really like the tone you got. It’s pretty smooth and the timing is great. I know that part around the B minor chord is a killer to pull off but you did well.

The melody of the notes is what expresses the art of music . 🙂 6stringerPete

It really is all about ”melody”. The melody comes from a language from our heart. Our heart is the muscle in music harmony. The melody is the sweetness that it pumps into our musical thoughts on the fretboard. 🙂 6 stringer Pete

THanks everyone. i’m having a lot of fun with it.
I wanted to play it on my strat but it’s at the luthiers for a setup. The tele is a squier classic vibe. Really good value for money on these classic vibe series. for the tone I used ampkit simulating a fender amp where I take out all the mids and boost the bass and treble to the max. just a bit of slapback delay and an overdrive pedal with max tone and volume.

it still sounds a bit harsh to my ears but i think that’s the tele pickups, it sounded more buttery smooth with the strat, I’ll see if I can record one with the strat and post for a tone comparison if that interests anybody.

                    Cheers again!

Really nice.. thanks for posting! I’ll be trying to learn this one as well.

I am trying to figure out what the new “Stairway to Heaven” is. That scene in Wayne’s World at the music store when the sales person pointed at the sign. For me it’s a toss up between The Rain Song, the lead for Comfortably Numb and this. LOL, don’t get me wrong, they are all nice to learn. This is the by product of the internet, I guess.

Don't practice till you get it right, practice till you can't get it wrong.
