Just found out Keb Mo is doing a gig in downtown Olympia next week…. for us Seattle-Portland area people here. Tickets about $50 or so. If anybody wants to go with me let me know. INFO https://www.washingtoncenter.org/event/kebmo-1810/

Hey Tom, that sounds great! I wish it was the northeast—enjoy!

I hear Jontavious Willis will be opening for about a dozen of Keb’ Mo’s upcoming concerts up northwest.

I meant to post an announcement about that, but I’ve been sleepwalking, not doing the things I mean to do. I’ll add the list later.

I subscribe to Jontavious, thanks for bringing him to our attention these past months…..that is one young man I would spring $$ to see in person. What a talent. And to anyone who hasn’t gone through his youtube postings I highly suggest it. A great in the making….just wait and see. Oh to have but a fraction of that natural ease and talent.

I’m glad you said that. Jontavious is definitely talented out of this world, but beyond that, what counts for me is that I like the way he sounds and I like the way he presents the blues.

By the way, his 2016 debut CD, Blue Metamorphosis, is available on his website, and another one is in the works. I’ll tell you more if and when I hear more.
