Here’s a mid 1980’s (song)/lyrics of mine employing the chord progression and leads from Lesson EP349 Soul and Soulful Blues but with some hybrid picking on the “Keith Richards” chord. The rest I just flat pick it (learning the lead progression was enough to get started). I will probably go back and improve the leads as they are a little choppy. The lyrics are what I would call post 1980’s Bob Dylan Christian but I take it further.

Thanks for any feedback the playing or the lyrics.

Singing is good even though I don’t quite get the lyrics – backup music is excellent.
Thank you Clarke for listening and your comments. Really appreciate it. Brian’s chord and lead melody are so haunting on this one. I was hoping to capture that with the lyrics and but fell short abit on my playing. One day I’ll re-record it.
