Really fattens up the tone of a Tele and I think it would be really good for slide guitar
A friend had a Baja tele and the option of this fourth position was great and gave a much thicker tone. Definitely on my to do list.

I think I’m going to order. @bryce-akguitar said he’d cover it for me, small change for Bryce.

@charjo: I have been talked to already this year about no more gear buying. I bought a used Vox AC15 recently.
We are starting to look for a house this month. After the house is purchased maybe I will get a Tele with a four way switch because I would love to try that at a jam. Assuming I’m not in the poor house after the house purchase.
That four way switch is cool. Nice option to have.

@bryce-akguitar, you’re going to need a big house for all this gear and the dog! Happy house hunting.

I have GAS so I thought a guy should just buy another guitar with humbuckers in it. But I do own a Tele and this mod, though humbucker like, seems to be a little different tone. So I think this upgrade will be worthwhile for me.
