Really nice job on this, Byron. Your strumming is quite skillful
What year and model is your Taylor? I’m starting to think I’m more of a Taylor than Martin guy. I do like a cut away.

JohnHey John! Thanks man!!! So i bought this guitar around 2021 I believe, I think its a c14 or something like that. It was a 1000 dollar guitar. Most expensive guitar I have ever owned and I absolutely love it!!! 🙂 Yes its a Taylor guitar! Gotta love them! I bought a Martin once and didnt like it so i took it back and got this.

The “14” series seems to be the Taylor go to model with a nice balanced sound. I’ve been lusting after a late model 814ce with the bevelled edge for comfort on your strumming arm.

Actually I would go so far as to say your strumming is VERY skillful Byron. I love the way you weave in the finger picking with the big strums. Of course, I really liked your presentation and the big sounding of that Taylor.
Somehow I think you would be able to play the very tricky accoustic rhythm part played so brilliantly by Ian Anderson in Thick as a Brick 😁

Hi Byron , Real nice cover of this classic tune , as mentioned your strumming and note articulation is superb, and a nice in-depth explanation at the end
Your vocal suites the Neil young sound .
Very well played I enjoyed it 👌
( ps I’ve sent a pm )

That was class man!
Loved everything about it – the tone the strumming the vocals all very much on point.
You gotta be proud of that performance mate.
Hat tipped.
