Hey everyone,
Well I don’t think I need to worry about anyone knowing who these guys are.
Pop punk at its finest, this is a superb track.
Nothing complicated just 3 chords but I will say that the bass line took a fair bit of sweat to keep up for the entire song as it’s obviously not my main weapon of choice.
Hope you have as much fun watching as I did playing it.
Thanks for listening.
Liam.

Oh boy, Liam, I have to say Green Day are not my favourite, (I think it’s the vocals more than anything) so thanks for the warning. However, you rocked it my friend.

For someone who’s main instrument is not bass, you really did rock it.
ThanksKen F

I get the backing tracks for all my covers from here – https://www.karaoke-version.co.uk/
You can strip/isolate the parts and use it as a backing track in your DAW

Good job Liam, I was thinking the same as Joe, but maybe you did that on purpose to frame the shot? 🙂

Nicely done, Liam – and good job keeping up on the Bass 👍😎

Very well done Liam! Every time I see you playing bass (and in this piece you played it very well, not an easy one I can guess) I want to buy a bass, but I’m resisting 😂!

Thanks Guido.
You definitely should get a Bass!
It will hurt in the beginning, but it will help your musicianship 10 fold once you learn it.

Rock ‘n’ Roll Liam!!! 🤘🤘🤘 Really cool song and you really drove it with your solid bass guitar playing. And … a man of many talents when you can play acoustic left handed! 😉😉😉 All the best! 😎🎸😎

Liam you are a great rhythm player and music arrangeur! The sound quality is always top. I always like your posts.
But I really like when you do your own great stuff, collabs or Brian’s lessons.

Greenday are always enjoyable to listen to Liam!!!!!Once more,I have the feeling that you are in the band itself!!!you say that the bass was challenging but you made it look easy!!!just like the acoustic!!!The electric one must have been the most challenging 😉😉😉😉congrats again!❤️💖❤️💖

Sounds great, Liam! You make a really good point. To play a “simple” yet solid and driving rhythm part on bass or guitar for 3-4 minutes non-stop, with the groove of the song depending on you, is WAY harder than it looks. Well done!
