Yes, Germany has been affected the most in Central Europe. I still don’t understand why there hasn’t been more meteorology warnings! We are affected too, not as bad as Western Germany but some of the rivers and lakes have been flooded, too and the situation is still critical here.

Thanks Andre and the others – yes, for those affected this is a terrible misfortune. The signs of the extreme effects of climate change are becoming more and more visible, and globally. It is high time to take decisive action against it. Unfortunately, it will probably be the case that serious changes will have to occur for each of us in the way we live and do business.

Saw some coverage of this on the news here in Canada. We are getting fires and extreme heat here and it seems like Europe is experiencing the opposite extremes right now. Condolences from me too.

Saw an horrific footage of these floods on our U.K. news feed: a caravan or camper-van just crumpled like paper as it was squeezed through a bridge by the raging flood water – frightening!
Our thoughts and prayers to all those affected ❤️

Dear friends all around the world,
Thank you very much for your sympathy!
My family and friends were really lucky here, nothing bad happened to us, thanks God! Only 40 km from here, many people have lost everything, some of them even their lives. A real terrible disaster.Eric

Thank you Andre` and everyone else.
We here in the north of Germany didn’t have any problems.
But my nephew and his family and good friends of ours are nearby; we had telephoned almost every hour; but all are doing well. Terrible, I still have the fear-driven voices in my ears.Play guitar just like you live; don't get bogged down in theory, it's just a tool without feeling.

Hi Wilf, I’m happy that you are all safe and sound.
Yeah the sound of the water flowing in the streets is terrifying.Stay safe bud.
