        Hi

Since Brian came up with this 🤠lesson that is peppered with pedal steel licks, I wanted to learn it…but had such a hard time with these crazy bends😖. So I gave up first and have now revisited the lesson. And I think it’s getting better. My fingers are getting used to the pain 😁.

        John, this is for you😊🎸.

Really nice job on those bends, Denise. Looks like it was worth the pain. Love the hat, I need one just like it.

That’s great Denise! You’ve moved from the Blues Club to the Honkey Tonk joint without missing a beat. Nice hat too 🙂
Funny, I just posted a country lesson on my tele too…must be in the air!

A great country sound there Denise!! Those bends are tough, but you got the job done in a nice sounding way! Way to keep at it!! P.S. Some hat there gal!

So well played Denise, and as they say ‘no pain, no gain’ I admired your full twangy bends, sounding just great. Of course the stylish hat just set the mood right from the start.

Brilliant Denise! 👏👏👏🌟👏👏👏 Pedal Steel licks are definitely challenging and you rose up and knocked them out of the park. Great rendition of this lesson but also the sound you achieve with your Tele and Boss Katana is classic. Another ‘soundscape’ you need to write in the book and keep the settings to. Sounded like pure country. Keep on pickin’ and all the best! 🥸🎸🥸

Good that you went back and tried a second time because you absolutely nailed it 👏👏👏! Those hybrid picked bends were spot on, not just the bent note but keeping the harmonised note steady and clear too. With that full on country sound dialed in, I could have been Nashville 🤠🎸 Hope those fingers are recoverying 😅🩹

Jesus girl, now you are starting to piss me off!! LOL. 😉 That is what a Tele is for. Grab a beer, turn up to 11 and play that 100 times. I love it. Pretty darn smooth and your tone is to die for. I would love to play rhythm on that.

Felt like is was back stage at the OPRY. Just great steel guitar bends and the attack on that Tele is pure perfection. This was not an easy one and you once again nailed the lesson.
