Hi AM’ers,
This is my first post in a very long time, I have been distracted by other things.
This lesson is one of Brian’s newer ‘soulful’ lessons, and it got me back in the saddle !
I have also recorded EP473, which I will post shortly.Gear:
G&L ASAT Tribute Candy Apple Red (my cheapest guitar, but a favorite !)
BOSS ME-70 (Compression, Distortion, Delay)
Focusrite Scarlett 2i2Hope you like it !
Best regards,
Peter -

Peter,
Played like a pro – smooth and soulful. Love the Tele.

Peter, very well played!!! 🎸👍 Love this lesson, too.
Your sound is great. The Boss ME-70 caught my interest!
I hope you will be posting more of your playing and not to get distracted too much ☺️.

Got a bit of a feeling of that Chris Stapleton song Tennessee Whiskey when I heard this. Silky man, sounded great!

That brings back memories – loved that track! Great playing!

Sweet playing there you nailed it !
I can see why the G&L is a favourite nice rounded tone to it , those boss effects work a treat especially the slight break up .
Well played.Martin

That’s a very nice sound you are getting out of your gear and this is well played too. I have come to the conclusion long ago that the price of an electric guitar has little to do with the quality of it’s sound – I love my $300 Squire Strat as much as my $700 Guild. (They both sound great and are good for different things.)
Interesting you should mention your BOSS ME-70. I have the BOSS ME-80. They really are very versatile effects units aren’t they.
