This sounds like a great idea.

The melody of the notes is what expresses the art of music . 🙂 6stringerPete

It really is all about ”melody”. The melody comes from a language from our heart. Our heart is the muscle in music harmony. The melody is the sweetness that it pumps into our musical thoughts on the fretboard. 🙂 6 stringer Pete

That does sound like a good business venture. Rent out a conference room at the YMCA, have a vintage guitar show and have people participate and charge an entry fee. Not a bad idea at all.

Just curious that you mentioned that, got ours the other day, insurance is about $400 USD a year. But we may not have flood insurance. So in a way its kind of useless unless the house burns down. Also, talking about insurance/taxes, here, your actual property tax goes down with your age, the thinking is, you don’t have children at retirement age and your income may only be the govt pension which for us is only $200 USD a month since we were self employed. They want people to work till they no longer can work. System sucks in a way.
