This was originally an old upbeat country song that I rearranged to a slow ballad. The original version backup and fill licks didn’t work with this and that left me with a clean slate to come up with something. I used a combination of many of the AM licks I have learned to create the backup/fill guitar work here. Phyllis did the lead break on keyboard and I kept my guitar work to the many fills in the song. Trying to make practical use of all the many great lessons here.

Absolutely fantastic. I love the old country music and this is it. Your voice seems to have a slight similarity to David Allen Coe. It’s very good. The wife and I could certainly slow dance to that lovely song.Nicely done.
