There was a link to this on the Telecaster Forum. Pretty cool and in 3 different tempos (with Tab for the 120 and 80 bpm slowed down versions). (50 seconds in to skip the intro in Portugese and get going at 140bpm)

Thanks for posting. That was great!
The melody of the notes is what expresses the art of music . 🙂 6stringerPete
It really is all about ”melody”. The melody comes from a language from our heart. Our heart is the muscle in music harmony. The melody is the sweetness that it pumps into our musical thoughts on the fretboard. 🙂 6 stringer Pete

I just really suck at the hybrid picking, ive gotten a little better, meaning i can get my finger to go and still hold the pick, but what string my finger hits is a mystery untill it happens lol

There is only one country guitarist that I can think of right now that I’d like to play like that, it’s Brad Pasely. I love his chicken pick’n. I’m sure there are others that are great, he’s just the first recent one that comes to mind.
But, I can’t play like that… Yet! -

I don’t mean to offend anyone with this comment but I want to make a simple request.
Out for respect for Brian and the website that he is building, along with all of the free material that he is constantly providing for us, I would like to ask that you consider not posting links to other instructional videos. Brian is very generous in what he is providing here totally free and let’s show him a little gratitude.
Again, no offense intended just a request.

I see your point and I would agree if it was a link to something very similar in material or approach to Brian’s lessons. That would be rather rude.
But – I think a link to a one-off video (unless the Portugese intro was saying “come to my great guitar site”!) that is something a bit different, or complementary to the things Brian is doing is acceptable. I posted it because it made me smile and I thought others would enjoy it too, no disrespect was intended.
But again – a “no links” policy would also prevent spam-ish posting about other “cool guitar sites” by people that didn’t think about what they were doing and how appropriate it was – or just didn’t care.
So I both agree and disagree, but then that’s typically me 😉

I appreciate your response and consideration of the subject.
We can only allow our conscience to be our guide on these things.

new forum coming up
This subject (cool guitar sites) should be covered (at least it’s been brought up to Brian’s attention) for the new forum.
