At 5:11-5:17 on Three O’Clock Blues (Live), Clark does some some weird chromatic blues lick that I would love to figure out. Can someone explain what he might be playing, or what scale he is pulling these notes from.

Sounds like a C minor pentatonic scale for the song. But this run sounds like he gets lost a little and has to work his way back to the scale. I figured it out, and wrote down the tab, but don’t know how to post it. It is pretty easy to figure out from the video. Just go to 5:11 and pause the video there. Click on the gear looking settings icon in the lower right corner of the video and set the speed to 0.5. Then play it and figure it out one note at a time. Write it down as you go. It should take you about ten minutes or less.
