I played a Blues improvisation using a beat buddy, followed by a rhythm guitar and then a lead guitar on top of that. This challenge was very educational for me. I hope you like it 🙏

It sounds like you have been practicing a lot. This really sounds good and that was a very interesting lead tone you got. I like how you shifted from the rhythm tone to the lead tone just like a pro.
Go slow and practice correct technique, and your abilities will dramatically improve.

Nice work, Carpa. Both parts played very well. Love the tone you chose for the rhythm as well as switching it up on your lead.

That lead is great. You use space and repetition wisely. I like that little descending arpeggio thing at the top, very catchy!

Hi Carpa, this is really well put together. I like the rhythm part a lot with it’s goove strumming. And a great lead on top. Well mixed and musical.

That was really nice Carpa. I loved the tones you dialed in. For some reason it reminded me of something Jimmy Buffett might play. Very nicely done.

Carpa,
Well synchronized. The rhythm compliments the lead play nicely. It’s hard to make a lead interesting without a groove and you got one going. I liked this a lot, could be your best submission yet. The overall product was entertaining, spicy and fun. Rock on!!!😎John

That’s the way to do it, Carpa! You didn’t say if it is an original composition or a cover. Well played, and nice job on the recording and video also.

The work was definitely worth it, Carpa. The rhythm and lead parts complement each other really well. Very nice, bluesy melodies. A real treat from start to finish.

Carpa, I really enjoyed the accompaniment to the rhythm at the beginning and end. It sounded like it had the makings of a really nice song. For me, the lead took me out of that mellow space but like I said, I think you were really onto something there.
Love the Hard Rock hat.

Nicely done!
This piece rocks (or sways, not sure which.) But its got great energy. I also love the double-stops and the few unexpected riffs you toss in there.
And you play standing up, which I take to be a sign of extra skill.

Great groove and so well packaged together with a variety of nuances. Listened to it twice for its composition of rhythm and lead qualities.

Rock solid, Carpa! It sounded very well put together, like a famous song, was it? It looks like you’re getting along pretty well with Beat Buddy, I’ve always wondered if I would find it helpful in my playing… one guy on YouTube always recommends them but I always worry about getting overwhelmed with too many options and such. Anyways, I think you’re ready to play live with a band 🤘
