I just don’t get it.
The melody of the notes is what expresses the art of music . 🙂 6stringerPete
It really is all about ”melody”. The melody comes from a language from our heart. Our heart is the muscle in music harmony. The melody is the sweetness that it pumps into our musical thoughts on the fretboard. 🙂 6 stringer Pete

We can’t get decent tacos in New Zealand, so if any Mexicans are reading this and want to open a Mexican restaurant, PLEASE immigrate here! We really need you…

Same here in Japan, Steve. I make tacos all from scratch including the salsa and tortilla shells.

That’s equivalent to never having a Guinness in my book. Tacos are so good! I’m especially fond of fish tacos. Mmmm…
Sounds like you need to come stateside or to Mexico and get some Billy.

Got great taco’s here in Phoenix, Arizona – plenty of restaurants and take out. Quick and easy to make if you just buy the taco shells.
Pete, sounds like a lot of work but am sure they taste great.
Billy, you’re missing out – check and see if you can get a few of them next time you’re in the big city at a Mex restaurant.Tim

Don’t worry Billy if you’ve never been into a Mexican Restaurant and sampled a taco. Next time you get a delivery from Amazon, unpack your order carefully and place it aside, then just eat the cardboard box, the taste is exactly the same. Whoopee, tacos from Amazon straight to your door.

It is a lot of work, and it actually is quite costly, but we make enough for 3 meals. We use chicken for the meat, beef is just too expensive here.

When I moved from California to Kansas I went to various Mexican restaurants and have yet to find one that understands what Mexican food should taste like. Even the ones that are owned by buy Mexican people the food is not the real deal. It’s my guess that they have toned down Their food to accommodate the Mid Westerners. Real Mexican food is so good and when I visit California I eat plenty and buy as much real sourdough bread that I can take home. One great thing about CA is the fact that it is a melting pot and you have a chance to eat foods from all around the world and the wine is exceptional,
