My first attempt. Still need to work on my FULL bends. I also have trouble with my callouses getting caught on the strings sometimes!

I used to and to a degree still get my fingers stuck between the strings, yeah the trying to mute the errant strings is a whole different ball game..
Sounding like things are coming on fine to me, come to think of it you must know enough licks now to put a solo together?.

Keep ’em coming Douglas. What gauge strings are you using? You’re right, your bends still need a little work. Have you tried a lighter gauge? All the best!

Very cool and great practice for the blues course licks. Love the backing track. Thanks for sharing!

I’m using Ernie Ball light gauge strings, but I might go back to extra light gauge, especially after hearing Billy Gibbons say that BB King told him to stop using heavy gauge strings and use light gauge: “Why you workin’ so hard, man?”

                  Douglas,
It seems like your bends are coming along nicely… great imagery, background music etc. etc. Well done.
