        Took some liberties with Lick 5. Still needs a lot of work and will sound better once I get Logic Pro back up and running, but this is probably the most confident I’ve felt playing. Thanks, Brian!

            Welcome Doug. You worked out a variety of creative phrases with just one lick. That’s an excellent way to work a lick into your vocabulary. Add a few more and you’ll have a solid foundation to put together a meaningful solo on the fly. Nicely done.

                What a great idea! I did the same kind of thing years ago, but I never thought to record it and turn it into an actual song. Well played, and nice job on the recording!
