Well I read Brian’s review about this little parlor acoustic and wanted a small one for travel. I honestly didn’t need one but glad that I own one now. It is of excellent quality built to last and I should now get a hardcase for this puppy! It will out last my Kona china made 100.00 dollar guitar I purchased on Amazon. The AP 70 at 330.00 is worth every bit.. the machines and wood and everything about is is of good quality,, it is loud for a little acoustic.. 18 frets and the 12th meets the body like all classic guitars.like my Yamaha 171 fleminco cost 330.00 too and that is of good quality too.. The 100.00 made in China is an AMAZING stocking stuffer .. And although the neck is fake wood with a stained fret board, it gives a few more frets 22 with the 14th fret meets the body.., it sounds and plays like a 400.00 Parlor imho lol. I played two separate KONA acoustics both sound assembly line spruce top true and clean.. tone and they stay in excellent easy to tune. These china bargains come with lessons few cheap accessories (guitar for dummies) but believe me, it is a smart beginner’s bargain.. I certainly wasn’t disappointed with the KONA model K3943 D just put quality set of coated 12s like D addarios or your favorite acoustic brand strings and the KONA is ready for anyone looking for an excellent sound cheap acoustic. Great beginner bargain is KONA .. I own martin D35 a martin D17 12 string two Ovations (celebrity/ balladeer) and have the opportunity to play and hear the tones of many guitars both acoustic and electric. For the money, it is hard to beat the china made KONA ., Merry Xmas all, John
