A lovely track that I managed to record in one take. Not much to say other than I’m happy with how it turned out.

          Yes sir, turned out great.

Have you gone through the lead guitar course yet (formerly the Blues Lead Course)? I put off going through that course, and now realize that I should have worked through it sooner. I decided to start working on it today and it’s better than I expected. You seem to be at the right level for going through it as well, so I thought I’d mention it.

Go slow and practice correct technique, and your abilities will dramatically improve.

Top rendition wpb. Love the tone you’ve dialled in on your Tele also. All the best! 😎🎸😎

Played very well, WPB. I was impressed with how nicely you did that little peel off lick.
One take is impressive. Do you ever start feeling a little panicky toward the end of a good take that it’s going too well and a screw up is imminent?

I like the way it turned out too!

I appreciate the suggestion, going to look into trying to fit it into my practice schedule. Thanks

It’s so rare I get it in one take, hence why I mentioned it.

And “yes”, all the time – especially if it’s the hardest part of the track for me. I get through the bit, my heart rate increases and I keep thinking “just hang in there and the take will be done – don’t screw it up now!”
