OK – today was a milestone for me! Ever since Brian did this collaboration with Quist I have wanted to learn it and play it. It’s always been out of my reach… but the last few weeks I have spent *AGES* trying to get the riffs up to tempo and think I finally just did it – after a million takes!

I’ve heard Brian claim he’s not very fast, but I beg to differ!

Really pleased on the tone I got with Dakota – and some of my best video editing work to date; nice to be playing guitar with Quist!

        Can’t believe I did it…

Hell yeah! Nicely done. This was great. This has been on my to do list for a while but I’ve not struck up the courage yet

Whoa…I think I saw a little smoke from your fretboard!

My jaw is on the floor wpb!!! That is a serious leap in your skills. Congrats. And the tone was indeed outstanding.

Go slow and practice correct technique, and your abilities will dramatically improve.

Your attention to detail is impressive wpb and it pays off with your clean and clearly articulated notes. I agree, Brian is fast but he looks so relaxed doing it that it is hard to notice until attempting it oneself 😵

Nicely done and congratulations. I know the feeling when something is achieved on guitar that was previously thought to be unattainable. Its like the violin teacher when asked by the student, “When will I be able to play this?” The teacher responded, by asking the student a simple question: “How many times have you tried to play this piece?” The student replied:”Five or six times.” To which the teacher replied: “When you have played this arrangement 10,000 times, then come and ask me how I can help you”. That kind of puts learning a challenging arrangement into perspective. We have all been there. Heck, I am still trying to pull off Classical Gas. One of these days! Well done my friend.

                    Wowzer!

Speed, accuracy, execution it’s all here.

And yes I agree that your tone is top notch on this.

Milestone achieved and on to the next one I’d say.

                    Well done.

                    Liam.
