Hi All,
A first time ever ‘First Take’ recording for me (I usually take 20-25 takes on average to ‘get it right’). Here I try and be Mick, Keef & Ronnie all in one!!! I’m assisted here by karaoke-version.com with the Bass Guitar, Percussion and Backing Vocals.
Hope everyone is well.

Wow, here we can really hear the original spirit of the Stones. Everything is just perfect here—the vocals, the sound, the rhythm, the licks—a wonderful performance.

That’s another crackerjack of a song to have added to your repertoire. Stellar performance and all on take 1! That’s the experience for performing live coming through. Loved how you kept the rhythm playing laid back but still super tight and with a great groove, You’ll have them on their feet at the next Motorcycle club BBQ.
All the best

Excellent take on this classic, your repertoire is impressive and the vocals suit this style .
A real standout for me was the superb rhythm playing so smooth and in the pocket . The lead accompaniment at the end was a classy touch.Martin

Great performance, Garry.
Very tight and accurate rhythm playing. Just love that riff.
It sounds like you belong to the band.
I admire how you play and sing at the same time.
The Tele has the right tone👍.More Blues!

Another beauty for the playlist Garry, it was as if M,K,R were with you on stage. The ticket price for your next Gig has just gone up a few notches.

Pretty much a flawless performance.
The finger style with the open G (?) just worked perfectly with the tone you dialled in and I like how you didn’t play it exactly like the record but to suit your own playing and singing. Exactly how it should be done.
Hazard a guess and say the outro solo was an improv. Wasn’t expecting it but I loved it.
That’s another classic cover nailed down into your rep Garry.
Well done mate.
Liam.

Another great performance Garry. Inspirational on your takes of these classics, keeping the spirit of the song but making it your own with the nice addition of the solo and the skill of singing and playing at the same time.
