I like the way this backing track by Quist builds to a crescendo. I tried to follow that pattern.
Live on planet Earth ? You got the blues.

Mike
Great opening chops bro! This is really good. Love the concentration of ‘blue’ notes thrown into the mix. Slow blues ain’t easy to pull off. You did it well. This is your best submission to date. It’s obvious you’ve been putting in the work. Your notes are deliberate and purposeful. You are saying a lot! Great submission.JOhn

Wonderful, flowing, mellow, emotional blues, played flawlessly. Stellar phrasing and improvisation. I thought I heard a touch of Roy Buchanan in there. Excellent, Mike.

I heard lots of good gems in this one Mike.

Mixed perfectly. That was my very first thought on the first bar. Then you continued to belt out some killer blues licks played with max emotional quality and timing. That’s what happens when you are in the zone doing your own creative thing. High quality playing for sure.
Go slow and practice correct technique, and your abilities will dramatically improve.

Wow. That is a great performance Mike 👏 👌.
I liked the the way you used space in the beginning and built up the crescendo the way you did.
