I really appreciate an acoustic version of some of my favourite songs with one of my rock heroes surrounded by great musicians. Looks like accordian is cool again. Fun fact, I took accordion lessons when I was 8 years old!

Brilliant John, I loved the delicate backing throughout, particularly the guy at the back with the 10 string acoustic who set up the vamp .
I agree your point about the Accordian, I’ve noticed a lot of European bands currently include an Accordian player..

Thanks for sharing John. That came out when I was a senior in high school and obsessed with Led Zep. Oh, my wife took accordian lessons back in the day also!

I closed my eyes while listening and it was just incredible how his voice sounds so much younger. The mood of the song has quite a different vibe to it of course. The guitar interlude part had that middle eastern sound to it which was interesting. I totally prefer the original song, but that magic is long gone as it is with many of the great bands of that time period. Any well known vocalist like this that can still produce quality music is amazing to me. He seems to be doing well and still enjoys the ride.

Excellent rendition! When you are both rich and famous, you can afford to hire the very best backup musicians and sound engineers. Bob Dylan does the same thing: Surrounds himself with other amazing musicians so that he sounds good even though his voice burned out long ago. I’m just glad old Robert got off his country music kick and back to his rock roots.
