Hi there.
I was wondering if Brian could do a few lessons using looper pedals.
Thanks.

ep266 has a nice groove rhythm 3 chord part I’ve looped it and it works for me when I’m too lazy to mess with backing tracks

A while back I started making a list of Brian’s lessons that lend themselves to easy looping. A lot of “professional” loopers go for songs with just 2 chords, and maybe phrases that are 4 or 8 bars long. You can loop a 12-bar blues song, but by the time you build the strum track, shuffle track, bass line, etc, it becomes a pretty long song. Here’s the list I came up with:
EP045/46 – Jam w Yourself – (I looped it for a monthly challenge)
EP047/48 – acoustic strum/lead loop
EP064 – Warren Haynes – 2 chord
EP069 – Slow Minor Groove – try some licks from EP155
EP087 – Slow Groove Vamp – 2 chord
EP059 – Mark Knopfler Style
EP067 – Blues Rock – has good repeating chord pattern
EP110 – Mark Knopfler 2nd lesson
EP142 – Slow Groove – has 3 parts
EP146 – 2 Chord Jam
EP174 – Lovely LisaWatch how Hvetter builds his loops, turning them on and off during the song:

I loved to play Ep001-003 on the looper. One lesson is about the rythm, the other two is the lead part
But I actually use the looper for all the lessons. Just learn to play the rythm by yourself, or use litle licks from the leadpart to flair up your rythm play -

Thanks Sunjamr. That looks quite complex..
