Pedal / amp

Hello folks. I am thinking about getting a Dispatch Master V3 Delay & Reverb pedal. I have a Gamma G25 amp and was told it might not work with a pedal, but no reason why. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Marty. I’m not familiar with the equipment you mentioned but any pedal should work with any amp. Although usually a time based pedal like reverb and delay would be placed in the fx loop. If your amp doesn’t have an fx loop then just plug your guitar into the pedal and then the pedal into the amp. My amp doesn’t have an fx loop and all my pedals are plugged in daisy chained to the amp and my guitar goes into the first pedal. I have my guitar plugged into my wah – compressor – distortion – tuner – and finally the amp (my amp has delay and reverb built in). It works just fine.

Hey Marty,
Guitar World gives your amp a good review for a basic analog platform that will support pedals or multi effects rigs. I think it would work fine with the reverb/delay you describe. You can always bring in the amp and demo the pedal also.
