In the meantime while my Ibanez amp is awaiting new speakers, I picked up a used amp. It’s a Rogue SC40 R Chorus Amp. I really like the chorus sound this little amp puts out. Not a bad amp at all, I was quite a bit more careful in listening to this amp before committing to the deal. I traded an old starter banjo that was in pretty rough shape for the amp. That’s pretty much how I have been acquiring my gear this time around is by trading. 😉
What kind of banjo did you trade? I’m a banjo player as well and I’m always looking for good deals on them.
You wouldn’t have been interested in this one Brian, it was a no name and the body was plastic with very high action on the neck with no neck adjustment. If a price tag would have been put on it, it would have been about 65.00.
I was looking at a used Washburn banjo today in a consignment shop for 59.00. But I’m busy enough with work, and spring hitting with all the chores around here, that guitar is enough for me right now.
