Hi All,
EP069, EP184 and EP427I was working through one of the above lessons, and I noticed a comment from one of the regulars (Sunjamr Steve or JoeD1… sorry I can’t recall) saying “great, this lesson works really well with these other two…”.
And he was so right! I’ve got a lot of milage out of these three.
Just wondering if anybody else can recommend a ‘miniseries’ off lessons that fit together? Thanks

Last year I posted an amalgamation of EP127 and EP368, which, as a call & response, seemed to merge quite nicely together.

I think we could find many “mini-series” here, depending on what style you’re looking for.
For example, there’s a very nice acoustic blues “Clapton unplugged” series that consist of EP014, EP015, EP303, EP305, a Bonus Clapton lesson published on 4/1/2021, and maybe also EP020.
The Muddy Waters lessons could also work with those, ex. EP097, EP213, and EP214

Great – thanks for the suggestions. I’ll look into them.
I like the crossover between lessons, I don’t feel like I’m completely starting from scratch each time 🙂 -

Brian has done a few mini-series style lessons. Some 3 part earlier lessons are (EP001- EP003), (EP 164 EP166) and a favourite (EP311-EP313). Some other 2 part lessons are (EP47-48), (EP65-EP66), (EP91-EP92) and (EP167-168).
There was a monthly challenge a few years where the criteria was to combine two lessons together which maybe of interest to you, on what lessons others have used to fit together. Link below:

Hi Keith,
I read this post when you first put it up. I’m a big fan of mash ups, chaining lessons together when appropriate.
I was cleaning my desk and found my old lesson list, so I thought I’d share. Some of these combos may require a small tempo tweak to join them together, but they’re in the same key and similar groove
127/208/393/456
454/ML64
376/516/102
409/VG30*
570/571*
504/ML68/578
485/ML76/471
356/ML66*lessons Brian has recommended should go together*
I keep a master list running of all the lessons I’ve gotten under my fingers, organized by key. I try to also note the tempo and style- that way I can easily identify lessons that might chain together. Hope that helps!
