June 2026 Challenge Response – Dermot M

Hi all.

Just back from holidays and I had to be quick to get something in. I used Logic session plugin to create a quick backing track of A and E and then grabbed the guitar and tried to noodle over the top of it – doh! – seems I didn’t have the phone in the correct orientation for the video but it’s correct orientation of the guitar that matters! 🙂

Looking forward to see what everyone submitted.

Hi Dermot, always good to wrap up a challenge with your post!! Nice picking, you have a good melody going. Some nice pentatonic ideas and intervals.
