Hello everyone.
I just started working on a slow blues when Brian called out the July challenge. I thought this slow blues will be perfect for this challenge. So I just keep going on with what I was already doing. The backing track is super slow 55 beats per minute. But the lead is super fast, (for me anyway). Most of my time went into getting licks up the speed. After that everything else fell into place. As always thank you
for listening. -

Your tone on this piece is great and I love this composition. Nicely played

I think I’d find that lead super-fast too. You cracked it though, and you got the space in there too. Great stuff Scott.

Wow, that’s a slow Blues at its best! What a nasty tone. Great how you made space between these tasty fast licks.

Nice mix of speed and slow Scott. Nice and gnarly tone from that PRS too. The whammy was the perfect way to end it.

Great work on this Scott. You created plenty of space and tones galore.
Go slow and practice correct technique, and your abilities will dramatically improve.

Hi Scott, yeah, this is a great sound, that slow track and the hot, quick licks. Nice paused in between phrases. Well done!

Awesome stuff! I like the contrast of the rapid fire licks, and the slower, simpler licks

I love those super slow blues. You seem to have mastered the technique, and you left plenty of space in there. Good choice, Scott!
