So much fun this weekly gathering of locals to make music together every Friday night. This si my first one in over a year but it was so enjoyable especially collaborating with a female vocalist and a drummer.

I couldn’t do this without my Active Melody experience so I’m very grateful for that.

Great to hear you live Brian. Don’t know the song but really enjoyed the performance. Combination of guitar, vocals and percussion sounds awesome. More please. All the best! 😎🎸😎

Great live performance. I think it’s wonderful when musicians perform together regularly. I believe that performing in front of an audience and with other musicians is the best way to develop confidence and maturity in one’s playing.

The drummer was like “I’m just getting started, what did you stop for?”. Great job getting out into a live situation Cloughie. That’s what we all need to do to share the music. Not being up there all by yourself makes it less stressful and more intentional.

That chord progression immediately reminded me of “The Port of Amsterdam” for some reason.

Go slow and practice correct technique, and your abilities will dramatically improve.

Very nice Brian. I still don’t have the nerve to perform in front of an audience but you did it quite nicely.

Very nice. It is always fun once the nerves are overcome 😃. I enjoyed the mellow vibes and the percussion associated with this one.

Well-done, Brian. Very sweet and mellow. The more you do this, the easier (and more fun!) it becomes. As Dieter said above, it is one of the best ways to develop confidence.
