Hi all,

Since joining the fun here at AM I have enjoyed watching the play alongs posted by other members and as I want to be a contributing member, here is my 1st recording for the site. I started the lesson on Oct 12 and today felt I could play along without the notation.

Thanks to Brian for his tremendous work. I can’t imagine how he manages to come up with new material week after week.

A little about myself: I started learning last January at 55 and now that I am close to 58 I can honestly say I have enjoyed every day playing guitar and I do play every day.

All the best to all with your studies and enjoyment of guitar.

  Very nice first showcase! Very well and accurately played. I think yours it’s a good method: at the beginning to play at slow tempo and accurately, and then try to speed it up gradually.
