One of my favorite rhythms to play. The tone is remarkably ‘spanky’ and that is b/c the pups on this American Standard are Custom Shop 54’s which have lower output but really sing and squawk. Hope you enjoy.

You are so right, John. More RHYTHM! You are holding the beat really well and the song, of course, is a classic that is not bad to have under your fingers.

Makes me think of Midnight blues by Gary Moore or could be Peter Green.
Love your tone on this one.
              Well done bro.

Clap your hands, stomp your feet – this rhythm is very cool and groovy.

While it doesn’t look like a difficult song to play you certainly had the rhythm locked down tight John. Whew! Way to go! I need to work on my crummy timing and rhythm and may just use this as practice. Thanks.

That’s called getting in the groove and we all need a heavy dose of that on a daily basis. Great job making that Strat lock in to the pocket.

Root note patterns >>> CAGED shapes >>> TRIAD'S. Just put in the work and watch your guitar skills soar.
