Beatles Cover “Octopuses Garden”

Fifteen years ago, I had a five-hour repertoire with my Beatles cover band “Imagine.” Unfortunately, we only made very few video recordings of it. Here is an audio recording of our Ringo’s “Octopuses Garden.” I found a funny little story about it on the internet.

I wish we could all go back in time and take all this guitar goodness with us. That was a great cover of this song Dieter. I wish we could have watched the band though.

Go slow and practice correct technique, and your abilities will dramatically improve.

Thank you Charjo, I played the acoustic guitar.

By the way, everyone in our band played every guitar/bass part. That’s why we constantly switched instruments during performances. We also didn’t have a drummer (too expensive, too loud, too much beer), but instead played MIDI files in the background.

Love this cover, Dieter – really professional rendition 👏👏. But my Granddaughter didn’t like Teddy drowning and then being grabbed, “Oh NOOO – not Teddy!!” 😂😂😂
