This is one of several ideas I had and reminds me of the great Jimmy Page.

Nice intro/hook Pap. Like Michael said, I was expecting you to start singing.

I really liked that, Pap – a great hook that has the freedom to go in many directions; nicely done. – Mark 👍🎶😎

That was really good Pap. Reminded me of ELP.

Cool riff, nice harmonies! I can definitely hear Robert Plants “baby baby” over that! 😂

About :30 I expected some Plant-esque wailing. I feel let down 😅
Nice finger picking and great sound, nice one Pap! -

Nice, Pap, some of the greatest riffs came out of those two chord ideas. Beautiful looking and sounding acoustic.

A motif that sets the stage for so many ideas that can grow from it. You can really hear, how different instruments would come in. Great work, Pap.

Real nice Pap, I could imagine this as an intro to a balad, which is then repeated in breaks etc. Nicely done.

Very nice Pap, could be an opening for a big rock a la Jimmy Page.

Clean picking there Pap
That’s a hook with legs. Very catchy and I could feel it about to take off and run in many directions. -

Nice one, Pap. Just when I thought the song would start you stopped playing. I hope we get to see part 2 soon. By the way, the sound quality is really good!

I always look with healthy “envy” at those who can play the acoustic guitar well with their fingers…..It’s not easy at all, and you did it very well….Excellent

I really wanted to hear more of this as it started off really good. I played a nice accompaniment over this that would have sounded really good if it resolved on an Em chord. Give that a try and see what you think. It definitely created tension.
Go slow and practice correct technique, and your abilities will dramatically improve.

I would say that’s inspired by If on Atom Heart Mother by Pink Floyd, not Jimmy Page or ELP. You haven’t got a Friesian cow with you there in your back yard by any chance? A simple hook but that’s all you need.

You achieved an intriguing intro/hook there Pap. Your fingerstyle over those chords was always going to be a winner.
