Good day to you all! I’ve been so busy this month I didn’t have much time to create a video explaining my favourite riffs…so I just made up a little tune on my Logic Pro DAW and tried to make a simple guitar lead. Nothing complicated just tried to keep it really spaced and smooth! I hope you enjoy and I look forward in seeing all your submissions!!https://youtu.be/tc2X-q4fS7E?si=Fka_LibPq1LIhonu

Good old Am done right. Killer tone and expert lick control. You don’t have to put anything in your video about the licks, just make a note about it in your post. Either way that was some mighty fine playing Catherine. Always look forward to your work.
Go slow and practice correct technique, and your abilities will dramatically improve.

I always look forward to your subs Catherine, so I’m glad you found the time to post this one. Nicely spaced, a great tone and full of original licks, just top notch.

Hmmm….it took me out of the AM web page when I clicked on it. Was it posted as “Unlisted” perhaps? Anyway, I left a comment on Youtube.

Fantastic!!! Les Paul is a guitar not everybody worth. You have to get ready to play on it. And you does, Catherine!
Very professional approach.Lights.

“Spaced and smooth” it is, Catherine. And a delight to listen to. Lovely piece played beautifully.

Great mood music, Catherine, however it is incorrectly described – I don’t think it’s a little tune or a simple lead. If it hadn’t been well thought out it wouldn’t have been such an enjoyable listen.

That was sweet as always Cath! You were really in the groove on this one.

Soulful and melodic. You played just what the song needed, a joy to listen too.

That’s the kind of playing I love the most!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Beautiful, Catherine, I feel like I should study your every move and learn, especially when it comes to touch and dynamics. In fact, I do love the camera angle in this video, it is easy to read what your fingers are doing – maybe Brian should adopt this camera technique? 😉
You’re such an inspiration, I don’t care if you meet the challenge criteria or not, just so grateful you’re recording and sharing your beautiful soulful music with us, so glad you’re here! 💓💓💓

Who cares about the challenge criteria, Catherine? You sit down and play your Les Paul, and I’m blown away (and I’m probably not the only one)—your playing is outstanding!
Take the chance to meet your AM friends on Zoom
The next Meetup will be July
There will be a detailed announcement here in the forum
I look forward to meet you.

First class playing, as always. A clever viewing angle, you must have a very tall stand and plenty of confidence.
