Hi everyone,
I’d like to share a song from my hometown, Naples, Italy: “Puorteme a casa mia” by Pino Daniele.
Pino Daniele is one of the artists who has influenced me the most. His music combines blues, jazz, Neapolitan music and so many other influences in a very unique way.
I’m only an amateur guitarist, but I love trying to understand what makes his music so special.
I thought some of you might enjoy listening to it and maybe even trying to play or improvise over it. 🎸
I’d also be very curious to know what Brian and the other Active Melody members think about this song.

I’m hearing a (A6 or Em7b5 with E in bass) Gm triad shape that then goes to (Bb6) F#m using same shape, then up to (C6) Am triad. It’s a little tough to nail down after that C6 exactly, but it’s in the ball park.

Intro Bass line is: E, F#, G, A-F#-A
