Angus Young (AC/DC) Style Guitar Lesson – Rhythm with Fill Licks – EP195

Description

In this guitar lesson, you’ll learn how to play a classic rock rhythm in the style of Angus Young from AC/DC. Angus Young has always played the same heavy rock, blues guitar style throughout his career. This lesson is built in layers (much the way that AC/DC structures their songs). The first time through, it’s only guitar, second time through it’s guitar and drums, and the third time included rhythm guitar, bass and drums. In addition to the chords, you’ll learn several fill licks to play in-between the chords.

Those riffs sound just like something that came from Mr. Young himself. Very catchy. And some great fills as well. Nice job Brian. This will be fun to crank up the over drive and let the neighbors know you mean business. Cheers!…

Every guitar student should include some AC/DC in their repertoire, and this is a good lesson to build on. I plan to turn up the volume and dive deep into it.

As an aussie i hafta love this. I found that using my thumb for the F# on the D chord (sometimes on the G) made it even easier Is this correct or not? All the best from OZ Kenny Mac.
